As the PM of O&M Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for our solar power plants and BESS facilities in California. You will lead a team of O&M professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our solar assets, maximizing energy production, and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall O&M strategy for our solar power plants in California, aligning with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of O&M professionals, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our solar assets.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for O&M activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy production, equipment reliability, and cost efficiency, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and manage the O&M budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to solar and BESS O&M operations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project development, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of O&M activities with other business functions.
