Job Summary
SunRidge Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective management of our assigned properties.
About the Role
The Business Development Assistant will work closely with the manager to maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate resident records and update information on a daily basis
- Deposits all monies prior to bank close each day
- Physically inspects property when on grounds, picks up litter, and reports any service needs to maintenance staff
- Delegates inspection or inspects with residents all move-in/move-outs
- Works with lease renewals each month and greets prospective clients, shows the property, and performs leasing duties as needed
- Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Conducts outreach marketing weekly or as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with at least 1-year experience in property management. You should have basic computer knowledge and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
