At Sunridge Management, we are seeking a highly motivated Property Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our assigned properties, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be service-oriented, and strive to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
We are looking for someone who is organized, has basic computer skills, and can maintain good leasing and closing skills. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with varying hours between 20-40 per week.
As a Property Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a professional atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents meet
- Answering incoming phone calls and handling each call efficiently
- Greeting prospective residents, qualifying and determining their needs and preferences
- Presenting the community and specific apartments while highlighting features and benefits
- Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Contributing ideas to improve resident satisfaction and marketing the property
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Correctly completing all lease applications and processing application verification
- Completing all lease paperwork, including related addenda
- Accepting rent and deposit payments
- Entering phone and/or walk-in traffic from Welcome Cards into the computer daily
- Physically inspecting property when on grounds and reporting any service needs
