We are looking for an all-star community outreach ambassador and partner to join our team!

Sunrise ABA, a leading provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs statewide, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Partner. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities through education and training on evidence-based approaches.

About the Role:

As the Community Outreach Partner at Sunrise ABA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and ensuring that clients across the state receive the services they need. You will spearhead the development of a comprehensive community outreach program, identifying and fostering partnerships to expand our reach and impact. This role requires a blend of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the autism services industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales prospecting strategies to achieve growth targets for ABA, Speech, and OT service lines.

Identify and cultivate partnerships with community organizations aligned with our mission.

Collaborate with stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and joint initiatives.

Represent Sunrise ABA at meetings, events, and partner sites to raise awareness of our services.

Build strong relationships with payors and community agencies to promote partnership opportunities.

Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new growth opportunities.

Develop and implement effective outreach initiatives to increase membership.

Provide feedback to leadership for operational optimization.

Launch and manage a Community Outreach Program in current and new markets.

Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns to expand pipeline and increase visibility.

Explore new service programs to expand our offerings.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience.

2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, and/or business development.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
