• Data-Driven Impact: Utilize data collection during learning sessions to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Empowerment: Your role will involve fostering self-advocacy in our learner, helping them achieve their goals and create enriching lifestyles.
• Team Spirit: Embrace a collaborative approach within the client's circle of influence to ensure comprehensive care.

• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Physical capability to match the energy of our clients
• PR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training & State applicable license (Licensure in some states is required; we'll provide support for licensure as applicable)
• High school diploma

Sunrise ABA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The service pay range for this role is $18-28/hr. This hourly rate range represents the low and high end for this position. Actual pay rates are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certification, and specific work location. This may be different in other areas due to differences in insurance reimbursement rates and cost of labor.
