POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Enterprise Project Management is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the enterprise-wide project management strategy. This individual will ensure that all major projects across the organization are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-value projects that support the company’s strategic goals and initiatives.
This role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership, and deep experience in managing large, complex projects across various departments. The Director will implement best practices in project management, develop high-performing project teams, and maintain consistency in project delivery across the enterprise.
This role is responsible for developing, managing, and assuring adherence to the Project Management Office disciplines and processes, including the Project Lifecycle, Project Governance, Program and Project Management. They lead the Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee, the annual project planning and project budgeting process, and provide regular EPMO reporting to the Board Audit and Finance Committee.
Essential Functions
Lead the enterprise project management function, aligning projects with the organization’s overall strategic objectives by working with the executive team to assess proposals to determine value, impact and strategic alignment.
This position supervises the Business Process Analyst(s) and Project Manager(s).
Responsible for the hiring, performance management and development of these employees.
COMPETENCIES
Annualized salary range is between: $126,819 - $181,170 - $235,521 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for a Discretionary Bonus up to 15% of annual salary based on organizational goals.

- Provide guidance and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Manage the overall project portfolio to ensure appropriate prioritization, resource allocation, risk management across the enterprise, and compliance with policies and standards.
- Oversee and ensure that projects are on-schedule and within designated budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects. Proactively address and resolve project issues, including scope changes, resource constraints, and scheduling conflicts.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and cross-functional project teams. Provide coaching, career development opportunities, and ensure team members have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with senior executives, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of projects with business strategies. Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leads the Enterprise Portfolio Governance Committee.
- Coordinates the gathering of an inventory of desired projects as part of the annual planning process.
- Implement efficiencies that meet or exceed the financial expectations established at project initiation
- Develop and govern program and portfolio management processes, uses of dashboards, templates, keeping aligned with policies and metrics
This position supervises the Business Process Analyst(s) and Project Manager(s).
Responsible for the hiring, performance management and development of these employees.

- Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects across various departments and functions.
- Superior skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.
