We are seeking a full-time, in-house Design Assistant with administrative duties who is eager to transition into a full-time sales role with commission opportunities. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with kitchen and bath design projects from concept to completion
- Utilize 2020 Design software for project planning and visualization
- Help customers select cabinet door styles, colors, hardware, countertops, and lighting to bring their dream kitchen or bathroom to life
- Showcase the artistry and creativity behind great design, ensuring each space is both functional and stunning
- Manage administrative tasks to support design operations
- Create engaging social media content to showcase our work and attract clients
- Develop client relationships and become a trusted point of contact
- Learn the business from the ground up with a path to full-time sales with commission incentives
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
- Experience or proficiency with 2020 Design software (or willingness to learn)
- Interest in kitchen and bath design, sales, and business development
- Strong sense of style, creativity, and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to take initiative and grow into a leadership role
- Social media savvy and comfortable being the face of the brand
