Who We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 1 year of home cleaning experience (required)
✅ Reliable transportation to get to job sites
✅ Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
✅ Polite, respectful, and good communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and with a team
✅ Must submit a resume with 3 professional references
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed residential and apartment cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.)
- Use proper cleaning techniques and supplies
- Follow a cleaning checklist for efficiency
- Ensure homes are spotless and ready for new tenants
- Work in a timely and efficient manner
- For Lead Cleaners & Supervisors: Assist with training, quality control, and team leadership

Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week

Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (Required)
