Description
SUMMARY: As a member of the SPS and regional sales teams, promote and provide all SPS services,
with a primary focus on Precision Agriculture data management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach all tasks with safety, customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail in mind
- Collaborate with Agronomy Solutions Advisors to promote all SPS services to customers
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all FMIS/GIS software to process soil sample data, produce Rx maps, import and export field operation data, and generate all maps/reports associated with SPS services
- Collaborate with agronomy operations personnel to oversee data collection (soil and tissue sampling, etc.)
- Maintain records to ensure complete and accurate billing of services and maintain 4R certification
- Assist Sunrise custom applicators with Rx maps and data workflow
- Participate in regional team meetings to build strong working relationships with fellow regional teammates
- Learn the solutions-based sales process including Discovery, Goal Setting, Action Plans and Team
- Communication and how it’s utilized within our cross-sell team
- Ability to effectively collaborate and work with SPS, sales and operations personnel
Requirements
SECONARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for data collection from Sunrise plot and trial cooperators according to protocol
2. Develop a basic understanding of all SPS equipment product lines and promote to customers
3. Other job-related duties may be assigned or removed as needs change at the discretion of SPS team
leadership
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
2. Advanced computer skills and understanding of Precision Ag equipment displays and operation
3. Ability to work long varied hours/days as business dictates
4. Ability to lift 50lbs
