The Opportunity

Sunrise Medical Marijuana Dispensary is looking for dynamic and service-oriented individuals who will assist patients of our facility with their needs. The Patient Consultant position will ensure compliance with local regulations and laws, ensure seamless operations of the front desk area and assist patients as needed by delivering exceptional service. Job Description

The Patient Consultant position is a full time role and will be responsible for attending to the needs of patients and caregivers. This role will be key to promoting a “patient-first” experience for the dispensary, delivering exceptional customer service and will focus on contributing to a collaborative, team oriented environment.

Duties will include but not be limited to the following;

  • Daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, operating procedures, and work schedule
  • Creates an exceptional customer service experience with patients through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
  • Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of all surfaces at point-of-sale areas and the dispensary facility.
  • Accurate and timely data entry of patient and/or customer profiles.
  • Knowledgeable of medical cannabis products and retail environments
  • Assist in facilitating the flow of traffic within the dispensary
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as specified by Sunrise and drive customer loyalty
  • Contribute to an environment based upon communication, teamwork and engagement
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Be proficient in, and ensure compliance with Sunrise policies, regulations adherence, procedures, and standards

Qualifications:

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Able to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods of time, bend and lift over 50 lbs. comfortably
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
  • Knowledgeable of the Medical Marijuana industry and medical marijuana products
  • Must be able to speak English fluently; additional languages preferred
  • Computer and technology skills required
