Job Overview:
We are a 37 year old temporary climate control company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage our customer service operations. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of local and remote service professionals, ensuring high-quality service, delivery, and fostering a positive customer experience.
Compensation: $75,000/ Salary benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the service team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure service operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in service offerings.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service management role (5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in servicing and troubleshooting electrical controls using a multi-meter
- Proficient reading and understanding schematic/wiring diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong recruiting, interviewing,& hiring experience
