• Basic tool knowledge
HVAC Installation Skills:
• Furnace
• Heat Pump and AC
• Mini Split Heat Pumps and Branch boxes
• Lineset
• Duct System and venting
• Gas Piping
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Schedule:
• Monday - Friday
• Flexibility with approval
• Work Location: Main office is in Downtown Puyallup. Job locations vary.
• Morning Start 7:30AM –Meeting-Truck Loading
Compensation and Bonuses
• Pay Rate based on experience (not commission based): Starting $28.00 - $38.00 per hour DOE- with contract
• Wage review 30-60-90 days based on performance.
• 7days PTO after 90 days
• Medical Insurance available or partial to full cost reimbursement
