- Prepare and oversee revisions of original drawings and revisions of transportation, municipal, private, and industrial civil engineering projects
- Work to ensure that projects are kept within scope and timeline
- Market potential and existing clients
- Mentor engineers, E.I.T.'s, and designers within the group
- Prepare technical reports
- Attend and sometimes conduct staff meetings as required
