Part Time - Youth Development Case Manager
Sunrise is seeking an energetic individual who would like to help youth in Bennington County!
Job description:
Make a difference to youth in foster care by providing education, support, resource coordination and technical assistance in life skills development to help them succeed in the transition to independent living. We are looking for someone to join our team to collaborate with our Youth Development Coordinator. This individual will assist youth ages 14-23, either currently in state custody or who have a history of being in custody by providing activities to help them become self-sufficient and involved members of their community as they enter adulthood.
Requirements:
· The minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least two years’ experience working with youth preferred.
· Must be able to pass a background check. Valid Driver’s License and ability to transport youth as needed.
Schedule: 20 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, flexible, in-person schedule.
Compensation: Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience.
