Role :
The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role at Sunrise farms. Supporting and improving the business through utilization and optimization of our ERP and WMS software. This role works with different stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with our current software, as well as help plan out future features. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, be able to think on their feet, and be able to produce solutions that are mindful of efficiency and business requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Support and maintain our current business processes, utilizing our ERP and WMS to identify areas for improvement.
- Outline problems and design, configure, deploy solutions for IT projects.
- Conduct gap and capabilities analyses.
- Install, configure and upgrade enterprise business software applications.
- Prepare / maintain reports and records (business processes, SOPs, business cases).
- Coordinate activities for application sustainment.
- Ensure vendor support for projects / systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with business system capabilities.
- Facilitate the integration of new business processes into the existing systems, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the business systems effectively.
