GRF is currently seeking an experienced Electrician for our day shift.
Day shift : 5 : 00 am to 2 : 00pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime will be required on some weekends.
GRF operates in a cold, fast-paced, and physical environment. Applicants must be comfortable working around meat products (beef, pork, chicken, seafood, soy, etc.)
Looking for a skilled electrician to join our fast-paced food manufacturing facility! The ideal candidate will be comfortable with mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance, setup, and repairs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a Licensed Electrician. Proof of apprenticeship is an asset.
- 2-5 years' industrial mechanical / electrical experience, preferably in the food industry
- Strong work ethic and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and good communication skills
- Ability to work in wet and cold / warm environments.
- Knowledge of appropriate health & safety and environmental regulations
- Adherence to Food Safety Protocols
