Body Shop Manager / Production Manager

Sunrise Ford Collision Center looking for an EXPERIENCED BODY SHOP MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER to join our team.

Responsible for the overall operation including maintaining company goals, standards for performance,

estimating, sales, employee relations, insurance relations and superior customer service.

Essential Job Duties

 Supervise sales and overall production of the shop

 Ensure that every associate follows all Windermere Collision Center standards, policies and

procedures

 Responsible for overall team engagement

 Review estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with Insurance guidelines

 Monitor the performance of each teammate and provide coaching through timely and specific

feedback

 Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values in all

interactions with associates, customers, clients and vendors

 Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters

and customers to encourage repeat and referral business

 Other duties as assigned

Skill/Requirements

 Proficient with CCC One Estimating and Production Programs

 Preferred Knowledge of CDK Management System (Will train if necessary)

 Proven Track record of success

 Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team

 Must have Extensive knowledge in writing estimates

 Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures

 Capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking.

 Highly-effective leadership skills including excellent communication skills

 Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance

Position requires on-site in-person attendance
