Job Summary:
As an Independent Contractor Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining bread and cake product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and executing merchandising plans to drive product visibility. This is a 1099 contractor role, offering you flexibility and the opportunity to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain product displays and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Install promotional materials and signage as required.
• Conduct store visits to implement merchandising strategies and complete assigned tasks.
• Provide detailed feedback and reporting on merchandising activities using provided tools or systems.
• Communicate effectively with owner, management, and the company’s project coordinators to resolve issues and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Access to a smartphone or tablet for reporting and communication.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 lbs.
• Must possess a valid AZ drivers for all 1099 contractors.
