Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and taking notes
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information or assistance
- Enrolling students and scheduling make ups
- Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assisting with general office maintenance and organization
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
