We are seeking a passionate and experienced Women's Program Head Coach to lead and develop our competitive gymnastics program.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated coach who can inspire and mentor gymnasts at all levels, from developmental to optional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and disciplined training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for women's competitive gymnastics (Xcel and/or DP levels).
• Lead and mentor assistant coaches to ensure consistency and quality across all levels.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help gymnasts reach their full potential.
• Oversee competition planning, choreography, and skill development.
• Ensure a safe and supportive training environment that aligns with Sunrise Gymnastics’ values.
• Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and staff to create a strong team culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years coaching competitive gymnastics.
• Strong knowledge of USAG rules and regulations.
• Experience with choreography and routine construction preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented coaching style.
• SafeSport certification (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,237.00 - $43,063.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
