Compensation: $54,080 - $60,000, unlimited PTO, Health/Retirement Reimbursement, Professional Development Stipend, Connectivity Allowance
Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Position Summary: The Development and Events Manager is responsible for donor and community engagement, event planning, and outreach strategies to support Sunrise’s mission and growth. This role ensures the success of fundraising events, donor relations, and strategic community engagement. Successful candidates will have experience in event production and direct appeal campaigns.
Salary : $54,080 - $60,000
