This leadership role oversees Pediatric ICU and CICU.

Job Summary and Qualifications
- You will ensure high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring; and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives
- You will stay stay abreast of legal and regulatory standards and ensures compliance, and develop/ implement policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with all legal/ regulatory standards
- You will identify opportunities for expansion or development of new services and product lines to promote growth and collaborate with administrative team and physicians to enhance existing services or develop new service offerings
- You will ensure effective labor management, including position control, scheduling excellence, productivity management, and premium pay utilization
- You will monitor department budget performance; identify trends and evaluate variances in relation to established budget, and develop and implement actions to address performance gaps
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation
- 1 years applicable experience required; 3 years applicable experience preferred
- Active BLS certification required
