We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Enhancements Foreman to join our Team. This role will lead teams of Landscape Crews while supervising the day-to-day operations of our clients’ needs.
Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Pinellas, FL.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate: Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members
- Supervise: Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
- Train: Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety
- Maintain: Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality
- Ensure safety: Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot: Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance
- Manage equipment: Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available
- Manage budget: Organize and track budget data
- Perform hands-on work: Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks
Skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
- Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies
- Ability to work with hand and power tools skid steer and tree lift
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring To Us:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service.
- Valid driver’s license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.
