Job Overview :
As a Crew Member at Sunrise Landscape, you will be an essential part of our landscaping team, responsible for executing a variety of tasks on residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role involves working with a team to complete landscape installations, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Landscape Installation : Assist in the installation of various landscape elements, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf. Help with the construction of hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintenance Tasks : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching to ensure the upkeep and health of landscapes.
- Site Preparation : Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling soil, and setting up necessary equipment. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Equipment Operation : Operate landscaping tools and machinery, such as lawn mowers, blowers, edgers, and hand tools. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all work is completed to company standards and client specifications. Conduct final inspections of completed tasks to confirm quality and address any issues.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other crew members, following instructions from supervisors and assisting with various tasks as needed. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Safety Practices : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Client Interaction : Represent Sunrise Landscape professionally on job sites. Address any client questions or concerns courteously and report feedback to supervisors.
