Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Members / Drivers to join our team
You will be responsible for groundskeeping and landscape maintenance
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years eperience for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor lawn spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Drive / work as a crew of groundskeeping and landscape maintenance workers
-Follow clear instructions to crew members
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging
- Oversee tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal
- Maintain gardens by planting, watering, fertilizing, and mulching
- Assist with landscape construction projects such as installing irrigation systems or building structures
- Monitor equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
- 3 Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance
- Proficient in various groundskeeping tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with crew members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
