Duties
- Install new irrigation systems in various landscapes, ensuring proper layout and functionality.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to build and dig trenches for irrigation lines.
- Collaborate with landscape teams to integrate irrigation solutions that enhance garden aesthetics and health.
- Monitor water usage and adjust systems as needed to promote efficient irrigation practices.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in landscape irrigation based on observed performance and environmental conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools such as drills, saws, and trenchers for installation tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems effectively.
- Experience in landscape maintenance practices that complement irrigation efforts.
