Sunrise National Distributors is an Automotive Vehicle Accessory Distributor, and a family owned and operated company in business for 35 years, is seeking energetic and a customer focused team member to join our growing business. As an Outside Sales Team Member, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients across Michigan, Ohio and Indiana to help meet their automotive needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our client base. This role requires daily travel within a designated territory to meet with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
· Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present products and services while using company-provided vehicle.
- Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Understand clients’ needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
· Use PHOCAS CRM software to track sales and customer trends along with other available tools.
- Territory Management:
· Plan and manage daily travel schedule to visit clients throughout the territory.
· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
· Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
- Product Knowledge:
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaboration:
· Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inside and outside sales, preferably in the auto industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
