Job Details:
- Administer Medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
- Reviews, reads, notates, and initializes Daily Log to document and learn about pertinent information.
- Administers, assists with, and observes medications and treatments using the medication administration record.
- Ensures that Medications are passed according to times.
- Documents and initials as medications are given and ensure that appropriate documentation is completed for refusal of or missed doses.
- Restocks Medication cart after all medication passes.
