Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, develops, and leads the overall operation of the memory care neighborhoods in accordance with federal, state and local laws, guidelines and regulations.
- Acts as the community champion in memory care programming and activities.
- Understands resident changes in condition and takes appropriate action including communication to the family and physician.
- Manages the memory care department, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, coaching and disciplining team members.
- Oversees planning for family events.
- Manages the department budget including labor and other expenses.
