Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Director located in Gilbert, AZ. The Center Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children. They will also be responsible for managing staff, implementing the educational curriculum, and fostering strong relationships with parents.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills
- Experience in early childhood education and childcare
- Knowledge of Arizona's Infant & Toddler Developmental Guidelines and Early Learning Standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience as a Center Director or in a similar leadership role
