SUMMARY: Provides support in the kitchen and/or dining room of Sunrise Ranch.
WORK AVAILABILITY: Seasonal - FT up to 40 hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

SALARY RANGE: $18.00 - $22.00 DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Serve with the intention of creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment to best serve the company mission and provide a comfortable and welcoming dining experience.
- Ensure cleanliness, operational organization and maintenance of Kitchen machinery, and a safe workspace.
- Clean, sanitize, restock, and organize kitchen/dining room.
- Assist in light food preparation as directed by Manager or Chef on duty.
- Assist in serving food and beverages to the residents in the Dining Room.
- As a member of the staff of Sunrise Ranch, contribute to the overall success and fulfillment of our mission through:

- Perform other duties as assigned, to include:
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guests.
- Follow all company safety and security procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage of property.
- Assist with dishes in the kitchen.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous commercial kitchen experience required.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing work environment.
- Work under pressure.
- Reliability—show up on time and be flexible on days/hours worked.
- Prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision.
- Ability to tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm.
- Ability to be an enthusiastic, positive, creative team member.
- Communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene.
CONDITIONS:
- Physical requirements – Stand in place and or move about kitchen for duration of shift; Lift up to 50 lbs.
