Job Title: Admissions Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admissions Coordinator assists in the daily operations of the admissions department of a residential treatment center for substance abuse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures all documentation is complete and accurate in the CRM.
2. Completes GFE’s an ensure that the proper documentation is entered, and the proper fees are collected at time of admission, including a pharmacy co-pay.
3. Responsible for on call as directed by the Director of Nursing.
4. Double check all entries for accuracy.
5. Always demonstrate service excellence to clients.
6. Answers incoming calls from potential clients using multi-line phone system.
7. Qualifies leads by gathering clinical and medical information entering it into the CRM, then sending the DON a message for approval.
8. Serves as a brand ambassador for potential clients by promoting program, highlighting key information, and conducting tours of the facility as appropriate.
9. Verifies insurance benefits and completes the net pricing information to present to patients. Ensures that the billing department is made aware for successful completion of VOB.
10. Works aggressively to close leads in a timely fashion to improve census.
11. Does not discuss leads with any other department before client arrives apart from the nursing supervisor, ADON, or DON.
12. Ensures patients ID is brought and on file upon admission.
13. Collects all co-pays and deductibles for upfront costs as directed by the Director of Revenue.
14. Completes all admission paperwork and consents with the patient.
15. Communicates the admissions with appropriate staff.
16. Tracks all leads and admissions using the CRM software focusing on paper free work environment.
17. Compiles marketing and admissions data for management as requested using the CRM.
18. Other related duties as assigned.
SUNRISE CORPORATE COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understands and adheres to Sunrise Recovery’s compliance standards as they appear in the Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct, and Conflict of Interest Policy.
Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state, and Sunrise Recovery regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.

Schedule: This is a new facility and there will need to be flexibility in this role during the implementation stage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
