The Talent Recruiter is responsible for supporting our Senior Living communities by acquiring the best talent. The Talent Recruiter will source, screen and present candidates for front line community level positions. at the assigned communities within their dedicated region.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed below:
· Recruit for community positions with a primary focus on front line roles.
· Identify talent and build applicant pipelines by researching and contacting community services, universities, employment agencies and seeking advertising opportunities
· Coordinate and advertise events like job fairs, etc.
· Maintain passive applicant pool and inform hiring managers of highly viable applicants
· Travel as needed to attend local hiring events to develop relationships with local resources
· Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action and state specific guidelines and laws; Maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
· Ensure recruitment processes and procedures are utilized consistently throughout Sunrise.
· Ensure legal compliance in hiring practices
· Maintain or exceed key performance metrics
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years high volume recruiting experience preferably within a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) preferred; Equivalent experience will also be considered
· Previous training experience highly desired
· Previous Applicant Tracking System experience preferred (iCIMS strongly preferred)
· Knowledge of recruitment job boards and recruitment platforms
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong sourcing background
· Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities
· Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
