- COORDINATING AND DELIVERING PERSONALIZED CARE AND SERVICES TO RESIDENTS IN OUR ASSISTED LIVING AND REMINISCENCE NEIGHBORHOODS.
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO UNDERSTAND THEIR PREFERENCES AND DEVELOP EFFECTIVE CARE PLANS.
- MULTIPLYING SKILLS TO MEET THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF EACH RESIDENT, FROM ASSISTING WITH DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES TO COORDINATING COMMUNITY EVENTS.
