We are seeking a Medication Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, document medication administration, and provide resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living.
- Review, read, note, and initialize the Daily Log to document and learn about pertinent information about residents.
- Receive medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.
- Assess residents to determine need for 'as needed medication' and appropriately document and report to supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information, including resident medication among other residents.
