Job Description
The Care Leader is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the health and wellness of our residents. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to provide high-quality clinical care.
- Provides strategic leadership for resident care in the community.
- Manages the nursing team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care.
- Collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
