- Medication Administration: Administer medications, assist with, and observe medications and treatments for each resident.
- Resident Care Communications: Participate in daily Cross Over meetings, notify RCD of resident and/or family concerns.
- Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with community team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
