The LPN Medication Care Manager is a key member of our team at Sunrise Senior Living. This role is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, conducting Service and Health Updates, and providing resident care.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident information, reporting any concerns or incidents, and adhering to safety rules and regulations.
- Participating in daily Cross Over meetings, transcribing orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborating with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements.
