As a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, your responsibilities will include:
- Building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families through personalized care and attention.
- Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on each resident's individual profile.
- Blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into each resident's day.
- Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
