The LPN Medication Care Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. This includes administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner, conducting Service and Health Updates, and participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
You will also be responsible for transcribing orders and ensuring that medications are passed according to times. Additionally, you will work closely with other team members to ensure that our residents receive seamless care and support.
