Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Review medication updates from Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse
- Document and record all medication administration and resident interactions
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
