Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Document medication administration.
- Conduct SHUs (Service and Health Updates) as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Provide resident care and demonstrate the mission of Sunrise Senior Living.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
