About the Role
This LPN Medication Care Manager position is a part-time opportunity on 1st shift, with a schedule of 5:45am to 2:15pm. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments, conducting Service and Health Updates, and participating in daily Cross Over meetings.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments, review medication updates, and document and initialize the Daily Log.
- Resident Care: Conduct Service and Health Updates, participate in daily Cross Over meetings, and assist with resident care.
- Risk Management: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and British Columbia Workers Compensation Act requirements.
Requirements
- Certifications and Training: Maintain valid Ohio LPN licensure, CPR, and First Aid certifications, and complete ongoing training and re-education as required.
- Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
