We are seeking an experienced Med Care Manager who can promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents in accordance with our policies. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma/GED, Medication Management certification, and at least six months of experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital or long term care environment.
