About the Role:
The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents by administering medications and treatments in a safe, organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, document administration, and conduct SHUs
- Provide resident care while adhering to Sunrise Senior Living's mission and policies
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and contribute to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN) or state-specific equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Ability to work with seniors, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
