Responsibilities
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will assist them with life skills, participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and ensure that they receive the best possible care.
You will also be responsible for partnering with our community team to maintain a safe and healthy environment, responding to dining needs, and inviting residents to participate in life-enriching activities.
