Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high standards for food taste and quality are upheld at all times.
- Preparing and serving meals in a timely manner and in accordance with established standardized recipes and menus.
- Utilizing production sheets to accurately record food production quantities and cooking, holding, and cooling temperatures.
- Preparing required dietary modifications as ordered.
- Using Sunrise systems per guidelines for order taking and meal delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Stocking, rotating, dating, and storing product according to food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintaining clean and organized kitchen, storage, and work areas.
- Completing assigned cleaning duties and ensuring accuracy of daily and weekly cleaning logs.
- Maintaining accurate equipment logs and reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintaining all cooking equipment in a safe and working order and reporting any issues promptly.
