Job Summary
Sunrise Senior Living seeks a skilled Dining Room Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to residents in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model in providing dining service to our residents
- Assist with training team members
- Maintain proper dining room setup
- Assist in special events
- Monitor checklists for dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards
- Assist with table top inventory maintenance
- Handle food and beverages according to sanitary procedures and standards
Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred or GED accepted
- Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
