Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established standardized recipes and menus.
- Utilize production sheets to accurately record food production quantities and cooking temperatures.
- Prepares required dietary modifications as ordered.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen areas, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- One (1) year job-related experience, including food preparation in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Maintain required certifications, including CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, ServSafe Manager Certificate, and Local Health Department Food Handler Card.
