As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and developing referrals, which are key to success in this sales leadership role. Staying informed about local market conditions and potential referral sources can significantly impact lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Nurturing lead sources and organizing strategic marketing events on site to promote the Sunrise Story.
- Diversifying tactics to convert leads into move-ins, including training new team members as they gain experience on the Sunrise sales team.
- Reinforcing the community's brand reputation and achieving maximum occupancy goals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality or related healthcare environments preferred (e.g., hospital, skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, CCRC or home health).
- Proven track record of identifying and building local relationships to drive business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small-group presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to work one weekend day per week and occasional evenings.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of client relationship management tools is an asset.
